Where a booking is cancelled before the six week period prior to the date of arrival, Woodsmoke will refund the deposit amount received, less a cancellation fee of 15%. Cancellations within six weeks to arrival will forfeit all deposits paid (less 15% cancellation fee) unless a replacement booking is able to be confirmed at the same rate for the same dates.
Given the exceptional circumstances we currently face, we are offering extra flexibility and support for all bookings made directly with Alpine Woodsmoke (direct on line or via phone/email with Alpine Woodsmoke. If you are unable to access Falls Creek due to Covid 19 restrictions, no cancellation fee will be changed.
If Covid restrictions affect your booking, Alpine Woodsmoke will offer you either a full refund, change of booking date or a credit to be used at another time. However, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your arrival date or our standard cancellation policy will apply. If bookings have been made via Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com or another online travel agent or third party please contact them directly.
